Hotel-Branded Living in Brickell

Viceroy Brickell is a 45-story tower in the heart of Brickell, Miami's financial district, where Brickell Avenue meets the Miami River, with direct access to the riverwalk. It is the first standalone residential building from the Viceroy hotel brand, and Viceroy's own hospitality staff run the building.

The residences are Viceroy-branded homes, not a condo-hotel. The building is complete and move-in ready, and purchases need a deposit of only 20%.

Available now are studios from 485 sq ft (45 m²) at $609,900, one-bedroom residences from 551 sq ft (51 m²) at $769,900 and two-bedroom residences of up to 1,286 sq ft (119 m²) from $1,294,900, facing north, south or east depending on the line. Three-bedroom lockout residences are on the penthouse levels.

Owners may rent their residence up to 12 times a year, with a 30-day minimum. Studios, one-bedroom residences and one two-bedroom layout also qualify for a two-year leaseback at 7% a year, and furniture packages and an HOA incentive are available on qualifying contracts. Every residence has floor-to-ceiling impact-resistant glass, travertine-look porcelain floors, a glass-railed balcony, Italian kitchen cabinetry with panel-ready appliances, and a washer and dryer. Ceilings are 9 ft in the tower residences.

The 14th-floor amenity deck holds a heated pool, an outdoor spa, poolside cabanas, a café, an outdoor kitchen and a bocce court. Indoors there is a fitness and wellness center with saunas, a multi-sport simulator studio, a screening room, a residents club with a bar and billiards, a wine cellar and tasting room, and a business center.
