Pedro founded Renova Strategy to bring an owner's perspective to business sales and acquisitions. He built and sold multiple businesses, acquired and grew others, and represents owners through the sale and exit process, from valuation and preparation through buyer qualification, negotiation, and closing.
His background spans technology services and information security, including years operating a managed services provider. He brings that operator's understanding to the technology, professional services, and MSP businesses he works with most often, and to the security and compliance questions buyers increasingly raise in diligence.
Pedro is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate (Lic. SL3658759) and conducts business brokerage transactions through eXp Commercial, LLC. He works with clients in English, Português, Español, and Schweizerdeutsch. He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).

She began her career in residential real estate in 1999, when she founded her own brokerage in Brazil, and holds a bachelor's degree in economic sciences and real estate management.
